Surveillance and Control. Ed Snowden, a contractor for the NSA, exposed its vast surveillance operation. He noticed that Obama was prosecuting whistle-blowers at an unprecedented rate, so he had to leave the US and is now in Russia. Verizon and AT+T both let the NSA collect information on its customers. Prism is the program that the NSA uses to gather data from Apple, Google and Facebook. And get THIS: “The biggest hoax ever perpetrated on the public was fostering their dependence on Google and Facebook, two of the most powerful data mining tools ever conceived by the government and passed off as completely private sector entities”(Hall). The excuse for full spectrum surveillance on the public is national security and the war on terror. One joke is that surveillance has not protected the public from terrorists, and the other joke is that the surveillance is meant to watch us, not protect us or prevent any type of terrorist attack. Hall believes that the Prism and Boundless Informant programs are intimately linked to the electronic harassment and experimentation being perpetrated on the public. As more information is leaked, we will see that these programs are merely the surveillance tentacles of a larger hydra that is more akin to a weapon system rather than tools for merely observing our actions. Hall says that in the short time since he published his first book, A New Breed, there have been countless new developments aimed at perfecting the surveillance state: 1 The inclusion of facial-recognition software on Facebook 2. Border Patrol kiosks that use voice pattern software to monitor pitch and quality along with infrared cameras that monitor the eye movement and pupil dilatation to detect liars. 3. The current research on deep-sea drones used for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance in contested waters called the Upward Falling Payloads Program. 4. The fielding of the Cognitive Technology Threat Warning System (CT2WS) that are binoculars that function off the soldiers brainwaves to assess threat detection 5. NSA ability to lock into surveillance cameras in stores, in computers and in phones using Remote Administration Tools (RATs) allowing your home electronic devices to be used as spy tools 6. The use of millimeter wave sensors in airports allowing TSA agents to see passengers’ naked bodies as they pass through security 7. The FBI uses drones. 8. The proliferation of GPS technology in our vehicles, laptops and cell phones. 9. The inclusion of RFID tags in all of our household goods and apparel. 10. Smart meters for home electrical wiring that can be used for surveillance. According to the ACLU, the 3 big energy companies in California are allowing government agencies to gather data from certain meters. 11. Smart Dust formulated to spread over large areas of the country that will allow tracking of population movement. 12. Recent unleashing of AI Sight technology by BRS Labs. AI Sight is a computer program that monitors thousands of security cameras simultaneously and identifies abnormal behavior. According to BRS president, John Frazzini, “it gives law enforcement the ability to identify unusual behavioral activity that could lead to pre-crime investigation.” 13. Intensive ongoing research on brain-computer interface 14. Non consensual taking of blood from newborns. 30 states consider the babies DNA to be property of the state. The FBI DNA data-base called CODIS was kept for the blood of sex-offenders only, but now they have expanded the data-base for all criminal offenders.

Urantia Book 82. The life of Jesus of Nazareth, Joshua ben Joseph, Yeshua, Christ Michael, Sovereign God of Nebadon. Although the testimony of Lazarus consolidated the faith of the mass of the believers in the gospel, it did nothing for the Jewish leaders but make them more set on destroying Jesus. The next day, Friday, the Sanhedrin met to discuss what to do with Jesus. After two hours of acrimonious debate, a Pharisee presented a resolution calling for Jesus’ immediate death, without trial and in defiance of all precedent. This resolution did not come to a vote because fourteen members of the Sanhedrin resigned in a body when such an unheard of action was proposed. Five other members were thrown out because they were thought to harbor friendly feelings toward Jesus. The following week Lazarus and his sisters were summoned to appear before the Sanhedrin, who were convinced by their testimony that Lazarus did rise from the dead. But they attributed Jesus’ abilities to the devil. But underneath this supposed hatred for Jesus, the Jews had a deeper worry. They were afraid all of this excitement and the large crowds going here, there and everywhere would attract the Romans. The Romans expected the Jewish leadership to keep the Jews under control, and they were definitely not under control. A God was among them and he was shaking things up. And although Jesus tried to squelch talk of a worldly kingdom, that didn’t stop the people without discretion chattering about it. In any case, Jesus wasn’t the least bit worried about any of it. Early Sunday morning Jesus and his apostles started their journey back to the Pella encampment (168.3.1-7).*************** As they walked along the trail to Pella, the apostles wanted Jesus to answer questions about prayer, so these are some of the things he said: 1. Prayer is an expression of the finite mind in an effort to approach the infinite. The making of a prayer is thus limited by the knowledge, wisdom and attributes of the finite; likewise must the answer be conditioned by the vision, aims, ideals and prerogatives of the Infinite. 2. If a prayer seems unanswered, a better answer may come at a later time. The Infinite has a viewpoint that has a different perspective—ours is very limited. 3. Some prayers are so vast and all-encompassing that they must be answered only in eternity. 4. The answers to some prayers are such that they can only be recognized when the person is in the immortal state. 5. A prayer may be so distorted by ignorance and so deformed by superstition that the answer would be highly undesirable. When the answer does arise, the petitioner does not recognize it as the answer. 6. All true prayers are addressed to spiritual beings, and all such petitions must be answered in spiritual terms, and all such answers must consist in spiritual realities. Spiritual beings can’t bestow material answers to the spirit petitions of even material beings. Material beings can only pray effectively when they pray “in the spirit.” 7. No pray-er can hope for an answer unless it is born of the spirit and nurtured by faith. 8. The child is always within his rights when he presumes to petition the parent; and the parent is always within his parental obligations to the immature child when his superior wisdom dictates that the answer to the child’s prayer be delayed, modified, segregated, transcended or postponed to another stage of spiritual ascension. 9. Do not hesitate to pray the prayers of spirit longings; doubt not that you shall receive the answer to your petitions. These answers will be on deposit, awaiting your achievement of those future spiritual levels of actual cosmic attainment, when it will become possible for you to recognize and appropriate the long-waiting answers to your earlier but ill-timed petitions. 10. All genuine spirit-born petitions are certain of an answer. Ask and you shall receive. But you must deal with the time-space factor when you wait for answers to prayer (168.4.1-13). Lazarus had to flee Bethany because the Sanhedrin decreed his death. He went to Philadelphia, where Abner was working, and became active in the church there. He eventually died of the same disease that took him the first time (168.5.1-3).

The attack phase. According to Hall in “Guinea Pigs: Technologies of Control” the attack phase involves directed energy attacks meant to disrupt normal physiological functioning. This is usually a distinct phase late in the targeting, but may be used at any time. Before the victim is aware of the harassment, it may be seen as a health issue. The victim goes to the doctor with vague complaints and may spend thousands going from doctor to doctor, none of whom can find the cause of the complaints. After a while of this horror, the voice to skull transmission starts, making it obvious to the victim that there is a medical pathology. Since the goal is the complete annihilation of the victim’s personal and professional life, these attacks go on at night, making it hard to sleep. This phase continues until the goal is met or the perps have been paid to attack another victim. The weapons used in the attack phase include microwave, millimeter wave, radio-frequency, laser and probably scalar modalities. They have been weaponized, but are non-lethal. But they haven’t been experimented in a 24/7 exposure situation. So it is possible that the government is experimenting on these victim/targets to judge the effects of higher concentrations of these weapons on the human body. It is a type of experimenting that is unethical and couldn’t be done out in the open. The attack phase is followed by the monitoring phase. Hall says he’s talked to many victims who have been targets their entire lifetimes. Victims are monitored, and this means they only get an attack occasionally, just to let them know the perps are still watching them. Sometimes the perps will suggest to the victim the thought of suicide. This happens when the perp is in a hurry to get to another job. Nice, huh? There is a rule that says a perp must monitor the target until natural death occurs. The monitoring phase serves to note any cancers or other health problems arising from the weapons. Hall says these issues will have to be clarified before these modalities are released on the population as a whole for psycho-social control. It once was thought that chips were the ideal way to control the population, but something better was discovered: directed beam weapons. I’ve read that the beam can be sent from a satellite with pinpoint accuracy. But I’ve also read that towers are being built at close intervals across the country; they would be ideal for transmission of waves.*********************************** John Hall says that the country has reached the point where the number of people living off the government exceeds the number working and contributing to the system. He says that is where Democracy ends and Socialism begins. Victims were very angry at George Bush because the Patriot Act went in the worst direction it could, but when Barack Hussein Obama reached the presidency, they thought sure he would do something for them. But he did nothing. And worse, he formed the Bioethics Commission to research the possibility of non-consensual experimentation; that may be going on right now. Hall spoke at the first meeting and brought actual victims with him and tons of documents. And the Board denied any evidence of non-consensual experimentation after all the victims had testified, and Hall had presented his research. To top it off, victims were asked NOT to attend meetings in the future! And several victims were forcefully removed from the meeting before they could tell their story. Hall says we live in a sociocracy–it defines the unique form of socialism being forced on the American people at this time. Most socialist countries don’t have elections, but the US still has elections to have the illusion of having a choice. For example, Obama was groomed for the presidency years before he ran for office. Trump had a group of powerful friends in the military supporting him. They wanted him to take down the Deep State. Why do you think the Elite is giving him such a hard time? They don’t really care what he said to Putin or the President of Ukraine. They could care less about the results of the Mueller investigation. The Democrats in the House are answering to a higher power, and that power is running scared.

Urantia Book 81. The life of Jesus of Nazareth, Joshua ben Joseph, Yeshua, Christ Michael, Sovereign God of Nebadon. Lazarus and his sisters, Martha and Mary, were wealthy friends of Jesus living in Bethany. Lazarus was near death and the sisters sent a message to Jesus, thinking he would come right away. But Jesus waited until he knew Lazarus was dead because he planned to bring him back to life. He wanted to give the Jewish leaders proof of his divinity and one more chance to believe. When Jesus arrived, Martha fell at his feet, and said: “Master, if you had been here, my brother would not have died!” Jesus lifted her to her feet and said: “Only have faith, Martha, and your brother shall rise again.” Then Jesus said, looking straight into the eyes of Martha: “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in me, though he dies, yet shall he live. In truth, whosoever lives and believes in me shall never really die.” And then Jesus asked for Mary and all three talked while the crowd gave them privacy. In the crowd were some of Jesus’ bitter enemies. The human mind of Jesus was moved by the contention between his love for Lazarus and the bereaved sisters and his disdain and contempt for the outward show of affection manifested by some of these unbelieving and murderously intentioned Jews. Jesus indignantly resented the show of forced and outward mourning for Lazarus by some of these professed friends inasmuch as such false sorrow was associated in their hearts with so much bitter enmity toward himself. On the walk to the tomb Jesus wept. It is interesting to read the UB’s analysis on this weeping: “It is difficult to explain to human minds just why Jesus wept. While we have access to the registration of the combined human emotions and divine thoughts, as of record in the mind of the Personalized Adjuster, we are not altogether certain about the real cause of these emotional manifestations. We are inclined to believe that Jesus wept because a number of thoughts and feelings were going through his mind at this time, such as: 1. He felt a genuine and sorrowful sympathy for Martha and Mary. 2. He did not like the presence of the pretenders, people who were hypocrites and his enemies. 3. He regretted bringing his friend back to experience the bitter persecution which he knew Lazarus would have to endure as the result of being the subject of the greatest of all demonstrations of the divine power of the Son of Man.”What is a Personalized Adjuster? We all have a Thought Adjuster. It is a fragment of the Universal Father. He lives in us and gives us guidance, but we are usually too busy to hear him. After we die, we fuse with the TA, allowing him to become personalized (have a personality). Jesus’ Adjuster was always Personalized due to the circumstances of his bestowal. * Jesus’ enemies sneered at him and said ‘if he is what they claim, why did he not save his dear friend?’ The little group in front of the tomb were not aware of the hosts of heaven, vast orders of celestial beings, assembled under the leadership of Gabriel, and ready to execute the bidding of their beloved Sovereign. Such a form of resurrection involves difficulties of execution which far transcend the usual technique of resurrection of mortal creatures in morontia form and requires far more celestial personalities and a far greater organization of universe facilities (168.1.1-11). (The morontia form is a semi-physical body that we are given at the morontia or mansion worlds. These morontia worlds are satellites of Jerusem, our System HQ planet. Jesus took on a morontia body during his resurrection.) About 45 mortals stood in front of the tomb while the celestial beings waited for Gabriel’s signal to act. Jesus lifted up his eyes and said: “Father, I am thankful that you heard and granted my request. I know that you always hear me, but because of those who stand here with me, I thus speak with you that they may believe that you have sent me into the world, and that they may know that you are working with me, in that which we are about to do.” And then he cried in a loudvoice:”Lazarus,comeforth!” Though these human observers remained motionless, the vast celestial host was all astir in unified action in obedience to the Creator’s word. In just 12 seconds of earth time, the hitherto lifeless form of Lazarus began to move and presently sat up on the edge of the stone shelf on which it had rested. His body was bound with grave cloths and his face was covered with a napkin. And as he stood up before them–alive–Jesus said: “Loose him and let him go.” Everyone but the apostles, Mary and Martha fled to the house. Some went on to their own homes. They were all pale with fright. As Lazarus came out of the tomb, the Personalized Adjuster of Jesus commanded the former Adjuster of Lazarus to resume his station in the soul and mind of the resurrected man.** Lazarus was understandably confused. Martha had to tell him the meaning of the grave cloths and explain that he had been in the tomb for 4 days. He knew he had been very sick, but he recalled only that he fell asleep and been awakened. He was unconscious in the tomb. Lazarus went to Jesus, knelt at his feet, and gave thanks and praise to God. Jesus said to him: “My son, what has happened to you will also be experienced by all who believe this gospel except that they shall be resurrected in a more glorious form. You shall be a living witness of the truth which I spoke–I am the resurrection and the life. But let us all now go into the house and partake of nourishment for these physical bodies.”Many believed in Jesus as a result of this miracle, but some hearts were hardened. The UB says: “The alarmed and disconcerted Pharisees hastily called a meeting of the Sanhedrin that they might determine what should be done about these new developments (168.2.1-10).

Technologies of Control. This is the subtitle of John Hall’s “Guinea Pigs.” This will be my second attempt to type this post. The first attempt disappeared half-way through the text. This happened frequently when I was blogging about the Deep State, Illuminati, Cabal, whatever you want to call it, the people who rule the earth. Hall says that stalking of the target is a natural extension of the surveillance phase. Unlike the surveillance phase, the stalking phase is done with the full awareness of the target. Gang-stalking and cause stalking are misnomers because they imply street hoods or some grandiose plan. Organized stalking is the most accurate description, reflecting the highly organized and methodically planned out form of stalking these victims experience. The methods involved are taken directly from the COINTELPRO operations run by the FBI in the 1950’s and 1960’s against groups seen as radical elements. The tactics include total inundation of the target at home, breaking and entering of their home, physical harassment and intimidation. Electronic harassment is used during this phase in regard to email tampering, computer hacking, cell phone spoofing and cyber bullying. More exotic forms of electronic harassment are covered as part of the attack phase, but may be part of any phase of the victimization. The stalking phase serves to totally enclose the target in the operation with little chance of escape. The victim goes to the police, who don’t understand and can’t find evidence-case closed-so the victim goes into a state of hopelessness. The victim might be hearing voices, goes to a psychiatrist and is given a diagnosis from the DSM-IV. More hopelessness. And pills on top of it. The perps have backgrounds in law enforcement and know just how much the envelope can be stretched before an investigation is launched. When it is obvious that victim complaints will go nowhere, the rapes and sexual assaults start. Most of the victims are women who live alone. Women who live with a male partner seldom are targets. The victim becomes reclusive, which is just what the perps want. She or he should go out and find others who have the same problem. Later I will go into that aspect of victimology. Thousands of victims have been scanned for GPS chips and very few have been found. The perps have tried to convince the targets that they have been chipped so they will spend thousands of dollars trying to get them removed. If they are chipped, it is only for locating them. Verichip, the producer of the chips, says it doesn’t function as a GPS tracking chip. REALLY!*************************** The defamation phase takes place with the stalking phase. When stalkers are pretending to surveil a target and neighbors question their presence, they identify themselves as FBI and say the target is a drug or some other sort of criminal. The neighbors never question further. The defamation is much worse for doctors, lawyers, teachers, nurses or any state licensed professional. The “drug addiction” scenario is most often used in cases where the mere mention of a drug problem will mandate a drug screening. Illicit drugs are put in the food eaten by the victim that they are known to consume by months of surveillance. When their appropriate licensing agency is notified of their possible drug problem, the stalkers ensure they will test positively for the drug they are accused of abusing. This method has a 100% success rate in destroying a victim’s career. Michigan has a law now that makes this type of stalking and all that goes with it illegal. Texas passed a similar law after a woman was murdered by her stalker.

The evangelists and the women’s corps were having success in Perea, and Jesus pointed out to the 12 that the gospel of the kingdom could spread without miracles and wonders. This successful tour, having little help from the 12, reflected Jesus’ teachings. But his followers did not long follow his instructions, for soon after Jesus’ death and resurrection they departed from his teachings and began to build the early church around the miraculous concepts and the glorified memories of his divine-human personality. The New Testament is about Jesus, not what Jesus taught. The Catholic Church worships Jesus and the Father is an after-thought, but Jesus wanted us to worship the Father. Some protestant churches don’t even worship Jesus. My daughter’s church is Presbyterian and I have the impression that there are not many Bible-oriented activities there. My granddaughter goes to youth-group and I was told there was no religion going on there. The two pastors are a lesbian couple who run a loose ship, light years away from the Catholic church. The evolution of the church–it’s really interesting. Anyway, back to the story…As Jesus and the 12 visited with the evangelists at Gerasa, one of the Pharisees who believed in him asked this question: “Lord, will there be few or many really saved?” And Jesus answered: “You have been taught that only the children of Abraham will be saved, that only the gentiles of adoption can hope to be saved, and only a few of those who seek the kingdom of heaven will find entrance there. You also have another saying among you, that the door to heaven is narrow, so that, of those who seek salvation, few can find entrance through this door. You also have a saying that the way which leads to destruction is broad, that the entrance is wide, and there are many who choose to go this way. But I declare that salvation is first a matter of your personal choosing. Even if the door to life is narrow, I am that door, and those who sincerely want to enter, will enter. And the Son will never refuse entrance to any child of the universe who, by faith, seeks to find the Father through the Son. But beware of postponing your entrance into the kingdom while you party with your friends, for when you ask for entrance when you have used up your time here into my Father’s kingdom, I will say that I do not know you. And then shall the Judge of all the earth say to you, ‘Depart from us, all you who have taken delight in the works of iniquity.’********** “But fear not; everyone who sincerely desires to find eternal life by entrance into the kingdom of God shall certainly find such everlasting salvation. (In the UB salvation is not the word used for the concept, survival is the word. There is some confusion about whether we are judged or whether we have the choice of whether to survive or not. In the UB it says that we decide whether we want to survive and ascend toward God by various training and education courses, but I’ve also read that there is a quick but merciful judgment (but this is downplayed)).* Slowly the apostles and many of the disciples were learning the meaning of Jesus’ early declaration: “Unless you are born again, born of the spirit, you cannot enter the kingdom of God.” Nevertheless, to all who are honest of heart and sincere in faith, it remains eternally true: “Behold, I stand at the doors of men’s hearts and knock, and if any man will open to me, I will come in and sup with him and will feed him with the bread of life; we shall be one in spirit and purpose in the service and search for the Paradise Father.”********************* The apostles did not understand the necessity for using spiritual force for the purpose of breaking through all material resistance and for surmounting every earthly obstacle which might chance to stand in the way of grasping the all-important spiritual values of the new life in the spirit as the liberated children of God.

Targeted Individuals. A TI, according to John Hall, the author of Guinea Pigs: Technologies of Control, is an individual who has been the target of all sorts and phases of harassment, and it all started with the FBI’s COINTELPRO. This means Counter Intelligence Program and I should have made that clear sooner. There is an apt prediction in Revelation 9:5–“They were allowed to torment them for five months, but not kill them, and their torment was like the torment of a scorpion when it stings someone.” The government is still apparently covertly experimenting on the public with weapons that use the electromagnetic spectrum. Ex-FBI agents are also harassing TIs with various modes of technology. There is a private investigative company in Texas who does this for a living. In all the nations of the civilized world the emphasis has gone from governing the population to controlling the population. The UN helps through its myriad of programs. That takes care of the third world. So the group who feels the slow creep of mental totalitarianism refer to themselves as target individuals or “T.I.s.” The author has interviewed thousands of people complaining about voices, burns, break-ins, all the symptoms that will be described. There is an organization, Freedom from Covert Surveillance and Harassment, which advocates and gives support to the victims. Hall says that “Many other support groups have developed to handle the exponentially growing number of complaints that are being voiced. Hall has been able from his research to come up with a template or set of progressive phases: selection, surveillance, stalking, defamation, attack and monitoring. These phases are taken from research, interviews and monitoring of the perpetrators in San Antonio, Texas. The weapons used are not available to the average person, ultimately they come from the government. Women are the most common victims. Most of these women have reported drug facilitated rape and sexual assault. In the past rape was used by MKULTRA as trauma-based training. A group of gay men in Palm Springs, CA, is being targeted sexually. They hear a female voice harass them in their minds through the microwave auditory effect, and they are being victimized through drug assisted sexual assault. The author says this is hate or a sex crime.*********** Surveillance of the chosen target closely follows selection. The target is unaware this is happening. The target is extensively surveilled through multiple means including background checks, credit checks, mail tampering, email hacking and direct observation, both physically and electronically. (Someone looked into the guts of my computer and found 24 hackers in there. He cleaned it out, but I finally had to get a new hard drive, which is why this post is late.) This allows the perp to know the target’s daily activities, where they live, work, bank and how they spend their leisure time. They also find out who the target spends time with and grades them in order of importance. This serves to find out who they will confide in when they are being targeted. Any participation in taboo behavior like drug use, excessive alcohol intake, domestic violence, infidelity or pornography is especially noted and followed up to control, mislead, defame and isolate the target. The perp will often mislead neighbors into thinking that their surveillance is a legitimate operation. People just don’t question a “law enforcement officer” when they should. Stalking is a natural extension of surveillance, but that’s for next blog.

Urantia Book 79. On Sabbath, January 28, Jesus preached on “Trust and Spiritual Preparedness” to a crowd of almost 3,000. Jesus said: “Beware of the leaven of the Pharisees which is hypocrisy, born of prejudice and nurtured in traditional bondage, although some of these Pharisees here are my disciples. That which is now hid from you will be made known when the Son of Man has completed his mission on earth and in the flesh. I admonish you to fear none, in heaven or on earth, but to rejoice in the knowledge of Him who has the power to deliver you from all unrighteousness and to present you blameless before the judgement seat of a universe. Not one sparrow exists without the knowledge of the Father, the source of all life. To the seraphic guardians the very hairs of your head are numbered. And if all this is true, why should you live in fear of the many trifles which come up in your daily lives? I say to you: Fear not: you are of much more value than many sparrows. Say what you want about the Son of Man, and it shall be forgiven you; but he who presumes to blaspheme against God shall hardly find forgiveness. When men knowingly ascribe the doings of God to the forces of evil, such deliberate rebels will hardly seek forgiveness for their sins. I came into this world to reveal the Father to you and to lead you to the Father. The first I have done, but the second I cannot do without your consent; the Father never forces any person to enter the kingdom. The invitation ever has been and always will be: Whosoever will, let them come and freely partake of the water of life.” When he finished speaking, many went to the Jordan to be baptized (165.3.1-9).* As believers were talking to Jesus, a young man said to him: “Master, my father died and left his property to my brother and me, but my brother is withholding my half. Could you please bid my brother divide this inheritance with me?” Jesus was mildly indignant that this material-minded youth should ask him a question about business, but he decided to use it as a teaching moment. So he said: “Man, what gave you the idea that I am interested in material business affairs?” Then, turning to those around him, he continued: “Take heed and keep yourselves free from covetousness. Happiness comes not from the power of wealth, and joy springs not from riches. Wealth, in itself, is not a curse, but the love of riches many times leads to such devotion to the things of this world that the soul becomes blinded to the beautiful attractions of the spiritual realities of the kingdom of God on earth and to the joys of eternal life in heaven.” Jesus then told them a story about a farmer who had so many good crops that he had to build bigger barns. He was rich and he thought he was set for life. He started to party. But he did not provide for his soul; he had failed to lay up treasures in heaven and one night his soul was required of him. Robbers killed him and burned his barns. He had treasures on earth, but he was not rich toward God. Jesus knew the young man’s problem was covetousness, but, even so, he never gave advice of a worldly nature to his apostles, disciples, or any of his followers. *********** Then another man spoke up: “Master, I know that your apostles have sold all their earthly possessions to follow you, and that they have all things in common as do the Essenes, but would you have all of us who are your disciples to likewise? Is it a sin to possess honest wealth?” And Jesus replied to this question: “My friend, it is not a sin to have honorable wealth; but it is a sin if you convert material wealth into treasures which may absorb your interests and divert your affections from devotion to the spiritual pursuits of the kingdom. There is no sin in having honest possessions on earth provided your treasure is in heaven, for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. There is a great difference between wealth which leads to covetousness and selfishness and that which is held and dispensed in the spirit of stewardship by those who have an abundance of this world’s goods and who so bountifully support those who devote all their energies to the work of the kingdom. At the judgment at least 3 questions must be answered by all who acquire great wealth: 1. How much did you accumulate? 2. How did you get this wealth? 3. How did you use your wealth? Fail not to recognize the danger of wealth’s becoming, not your servant, but your master.”

COINTELPRO and criminals. COINTELPRO remained secret until 1971 when its offices were broken into and documents related to its operations were leaked to the press. An investigation was launched by the Senate and became the Church Committee, after Senator Frank Church. Their final report found the FBI guilty of “vigilante operations aimed squarely at preventing the exercise of First Amendment rights of speech and association. Unsavory and victims tactics have been employed, including anonymous attempts to break-up marriages, disrupt meetings, estrange persons from their professions and provoke target groups into rivalries that might result in deaths.” These tactics are identical to the ones used by organized stalking groups today. The author says that contemporary stalking is probably a combination of COINTELPRO and criminals, but the majority of victims are citizens with no ties to radical groups. There is a private investigative agency in San Antonio, Texas, that “hires out” this type of harassment. Despite multiple complaints to the Department of Public Safety, nothing has been done. Retired FBI agents who were professionally connected with COINTELPRO would be spread over the US doing this under the cover of agencies. Organized stalking from state to state have striking similarities: break-ins, appliance tampering, remote neural monitoring. Victims who re-locate, hoping to end their suffering, find they have 2 or 3 months of peace before the harassment starts again. Something even worse, if that’s possible, is being a target of a direct energy weapon. There are lasers, microwaves, particle beams and scalar weapons. People complain of burning of the skin, involuntary muscle movements, heart rate irregularities and headaches, and these complains are not even rare. They are also in conjunction with the previously discussed modes of harassment. Psychiatrists and law enforcement authorities know little or nothing about these threats to sanity and well-being, and believe the person complaining about them is delusional. Direct energy weapons are in the experimentation phase, or have been, and the citizens of this country have been the non-consensual guinea pigs. The author goes into great deal about what makes a good target and the effectiveness of the weapon under various conditions. I will not go into all that;ballistics doesn’t interest me. The DoD protects their electronic equipment by encasing them in metal boxes. For example, the control centers for the unmanned predator drones are encased in metallic cargo containers for protection from this type of directed energy attack.There is one interesting type of directed energy weapon and that is a scalar weapon, and many physicists don’t even think it exists. They are hard to define because they do not act like other electro-magnetic waves. Some describe them as static points of light and they travel at 1.5 times the speed of light. There is no energy loss when the scalar wave gets to its target, as is the case with other waves. Scalar waves provide for the wireless transfer of electrical energy. Physicists say this could only happen in the vacuum of space, but Konstantin Meyl showed the effects of the scalar wave in the atmosphere. Many of the people complaining of directed energy exposure have tried to shield themselves with anechoic chambers, but it didn’t work (the scalar wave is not attenuated by an anechoic chamber).

Urantia Book 78. The life of Jesus of Nazareth, Joshua ben Joseph, Yeshua, Christ Michael, Sovereign God of Nebadon. On Tuesday, January 3, AD 30, Abner, the former chief apostle of John the Baptist and chief of the 70 evangelists, called his associates together and gave them final instructions for their tour through Perea. This would be a three month tour and the last tour for the Master. The women’s corps, now numbering 62, took over most of the work of tending to the sick. No other part of Palestine was so thoroughly worked by the apostles and in no other region did the better class of citizens so generally accept the Master’s teaching. By the middle of January more than 1200 persons were gathered together at Pella, and Jesus taught this multitude at least once each day at 9am when he was in residence. The evenings Jesus reserved for the apostles and other advanced disciples for questions and answers. By the middle of March, the time when Jesus began his journey toward Jerusalem, over 4000 persons composed the large audience which heard either Jesus or Peter preach each morning. The Master chose to terminate his work on earth when the interest in his message had reached a high point, the highest point attained under this second or non-miraculous phase of the progress of the kingdom. Enemies of Jesus had followed him to Pella when he left Jerusalem after the feast of dedication, and one evening he preached on “The Good Shepherd” to a crowd that included these enemies. He said: “On this night I have much to tell you, and since some of you are my disciples and some are my bitter enemies, I will present my teaching in a parable, so that you may each take for yourself that which finds a reception in your heart. The true shepherd gathers his flock into the fold at night in times of danger. And when the morning has come, he enters into the fold by the door, and when he calls, his sheep know his voice. Any shepherd who enters the sheepfold by any other means than the door is a thief and a robber. The true shepherd enters the fold after the porter has opened the door for him, and his sheep, knowing his voice, come out at his word; and when they that are his are thus brought forth, the true shepherd goes before them; he leads the way and the sheep follow him. The sheep follow him because they know his voice; they will not follow a stranger. The multitude gathered here is like sheep without a shepherd, but when we speak to them, they know the shepherd’s voice, and they follow after us; at least those who hunger for truth and thirst for righteousness do. Some of you are not of my fold; you do not know my voice, and you do not follow me. And because you are false shepherds, the sheep know not your voice, and will not follow you.” Jesus went on to discuss the parable: “You who would be undershepherds of my Father’s flocks must not only be worthy leaders, but you must feed the flock good food; you are not good shepherds unless you lead your flocks into green pastures and beside still waters. Now, lest some of you too easily understand this parable, I am both the door to the Father’s sheepfold and at the same time the true shepherd of my Father’s flocks. Every shepherd who seeks to enter the fold without me will fail, and the sheep will not hear his voice. I, with those who minister with me, am the door. Every soul who enters upon the eternal way by the means I have created and ordained shall be saved and will be able to go on to the attainment of the eternal pastures of Paradise.************* “But I am also the true shepherd who is willing to lay down his life for his sheep. I am the true shepherd; I know my own and my own know me. I will not flee in the face of danger. I will finish this service of the completion of my Father’s will, and I will not forsake the flock the Father has entrusted to my keeping. But, mind you, if I lay down my life, I will take it up again. No man nor any other creature can take away my life. I have the right and the power to lay down my life, and I have the same right and power to take it up again. You cannot understand this, but I received such authority from my Father before the creation of the world.” When they heard these words, his apostles were confused, his disciples were amazed and the Pharisees decided he was either crazy or possessed. The next morning about half of the posse from Jerusalem believed in Jesus.
