“Psychological bioterrorism, information bioterrorism or information biological blackmail is usually secretly deployed by foreign or domestic ‘intelligence’ services and implemated as an ‘active operation’ in target populations using a variety of witting or unwitting allies” (Malone).
To keep it simple, the 1. target is the “unsuspecting public” although it could be a variety of other groups. The 2. executor carries out the operation (ops), often a false flag operation. Alex Jones was sued for maintaining that Sandyhook was a false flag op. Most of us heard about all the anomalies, but were smart enough to keep our thoughts to ourselves. A false flag operation in this country seems to be an event that is carried out as a mass shooting by a deranged male, but that has an underlying reality or purpose. I previously thought the purpose was to get guns banned which could lead to a police state, but nothing like that has happened. In fact the Supreme Court just ruled in favor of automatic rifles. The supporters of these operations are the unquestioning mass media (MSM). They are all owned by three giant corporations and only report what they are told to report. There is little investigation of events that could have false flag implications. 9/11 is a good example. The assassination of JFK is another. Lyndon Johnson and his buddies carried it out and they didn’t even make a secret of it. There was no mysterious conspiracy at all. But someone decided it would put the country into chaos if the vice-president were to be arrested. Or nobody dared to arrest him, which is more likely. 4. Social media is important to the spread of false information or disinformation. All sorts of misinformation about Covid 19 was spread through social media. People still don’t know what caused it because they were fed a load of crap by so-called experts at the CDC and WHO. And nobody knows the danger of the Pfizer vaccine. The 5. threat should be very large and in-your-face, but its origin should be vague.
There are 3 phases of a Psychological Bioterrorism Operation. Phase 1 involves the deployment of false information (ex. an immanent pandemic of bird flu) onto the target (the public) with a pretense that it’s real. Phase 2 makes this non-existent problem into a hot-button issue. The false problem is created and builds until it seems to be a legitimate concern. In Phase 3 the objective is secretly realized (any planned impacts are achieved). Ideally, the issue is left hanging so the executor can use it again. “Having successfully crafted, inserted, and amplified the fear narrative, the general sense of fear and anxiety about the psychological bioterror threat agent (avian influenza) should be maintained at a low level so that it is easy to resurrect for future use” (Malone).
Weaponizing the fear of infectious disease is of course unethical and probably illegal also (but since when did ‘illegal’ stop a government agency?). Fear of anything, if it’s dark enough, can lead to serious mental health problems. I am terrified of insects, especially spiders. I’m always checking my dog and myself for ticks. I’ve had a lot of black ants lately, which are driving me crazy. And I get one mouse, trap it, and get another mouse, one after another. I’ve killed 4 mice in the last 2 weeks.
Psychological bioterrorism is grounded in a godless scientism, a materialist world view that only believes in physical phenomena. These scientists only accept a 5 sense world, except what they learn through the technology they’ve invented (for example the electron microscope). They hate the New Physics for its implications of a wider reality (entanglement, the uncertainty principle, the multiverse). If they can’t detect something with their instruments, it doesn’t exist. There is no religion, no God and certainly no Angels
