Johns Hopkins Medical, the Gates Foundation, the UN, WHO. the World Economic Forum (WEF), the CIA and the mainstream medium (MSM) held a series of pandemic war games occurring over decades. So these organizations were pumped when COVID-19 appeared. They were ready to take control. They were a half a million steps ahead of the poor sucker in the street. They decided that behavioral modification and psyops techniques would be used to enforce cooperation from the public.
In 2021 Johns Hopkins put on its website a report entitled “National Priorities to Combat Misinformation and Disinformation for COVID-19 and Future Public Health Threats: A Call for a National Strategy.” Following are some of the plans that governments across the world enacted during COVID-19: 1. Ensure a nationwide response. 2. Ensure a strategy to combat misinformation by planning with news media, public health officials, scientists and the public. ( It turned out that misinformation was truth and the truth was being suppressed. My pharmacy is still at this late date offerring COVID-19 vaccine to those over 65 or who are immune compromised, and these are the very people who shouldn’t take the shot. 3. Organize efforts to manage mis-dis-information. 4. Non-partisan intervention to control the spread of false information and curtail generators of such are to be undertaken by the Defense Department, the Intelligence community, HHS, Homeland Security and the CDC. I heard many things about the vaccine and about COVID-19 itself. I heard-actually read- that it couldn’t be isolated in a lab. I heard or read that the test didn’t test for COVID, it tested for a genetic anomaly ( or did COVID produce a genetic anomaly?) And I read David Icke’s book in which he describes the vaccine as having graphene in it which crystalizes and forms structures. It’s weird how both COVID and the Pfizer vaccine do damage, although I think COVID-19 was misdiagnosed and was some other respiratory disease.
The World Health Organization (WHO), in 2018 proposed the idea of “Disease X”, a placeholder for a disease that could cause a pandemic or epidemic. This would allow public health officials to design the best possible practices for a future pandemic. The idea behind Disease X was later weaponized to create a fog of fear in the public and governments. The weaponization started with COVID-19 communications. In a 2021 study it was found that “the only predictor of behavior change during COVID-19 was FEAR.” But fear was a predictor of decreased physical and environmental wellbeing. On the other hand, it was seen to have a functional role and was related to increased compliance. Not worrying about the ethics behind using fear to drive compliance, the logic became the consensus of health officials and governments worldwide. The use of fear to get compliance for the use of vaccines, vaccine mandates, vaccine passports, social distancing, school closures, the zoonotic origins theory, masking, and lockdowns was acceptable in the name of public health.
But at some point COVID-19 became Disease X. Although it was completely outside previously acceptable norms of public health policy, WHO’s fearmongering (fearporn) worked. In 2023 Congress introduced a new bill, HR 3832, “The Disease X Act of 2023.” The Bill gave power to BARDA ( Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority), which is within HHS and is responsible for procurement and development of medical countermeasures against bioterrorism as well as emerging diseases. This Bill, according to the Malones, “provides for the expansion of yet another agency, with very few limits on its ability to conduct research that is not in the public interest. ” And the government’s hype about bird flu was “fearporn propaganda.” In 2021 the House Intelligence Committee created a new intelligence office with a mandate relating to pandemics and an array of “terrorism” threats. The final name was the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center and it is highly classified. Says Dr. Malone, “We know the US administrative state supports a unified, globalized, political and economic world order based on a command economy (the dollar is the world currency) rooted in massive databases, predictive artificial intelligence (they’ve been hallucinating a lot lately), AI-driven decision making, computational modeling and the merging of man and machine to create a new species ( I’m glad he didn’t mention women).
