Surveillance capitalism, a digital phenomenon, uses private human experience as free raw material which is transformed into behavioral data. In this version of capitalism, the prediction and influencing of behaviour (political and economic) is the primary product. This economic logic prioritizes the extraction, processing and trading of personal data to predict and influence human behavior by exploiting those predictions for a variety of economic (marketing) and political objectives. THEY ARE MAKING MONEY FROM OUR PERSONAL DATA! Key features of Surveillance capitalism are: 1. trolls operate in secrecy, 2. trolls cultivate “radical indifference,” making users oblivious about what they are up to. 3. Trolls make great wealth for their handlers by trading on futures. 4. Trolls and their handlers are buddies with those in the government who are also on the make, getting favorable laws, information sharing to entrench its power further.
But in 2016 Brexit and Trump happened and all bets were off. It was feared that the EU would fall apart and NATO would fall as a result. Social media carried the promise of spreading populist ideas, especially in the US. But Europe had a rising right wing protesting the immigrants from the South. The Deep State hired mercenaries who formed a censorship industrial complex (the international corporations were afraid of populist movements) which was formed to promote, patrol and reinforce the narratives of their employers. This was all done to preserve “Democracy” from “Populism.” “Preserving Democracy” was transformed into just another jingoistic term to be repeated ad nauseum, and weaponized against populist movements using modern propadanda methodologies such as neurolinguistic programming. Neurolinguistic means the attempt to change a person’s thoughts and habits through perception, behavior and communication techniques.
The “Trusted News Initiative” was originally set up to counter Russian cyber influence on American elections. That and similar entities constitute the mercenary censorship industrial conplex. But around 2000 they turned their attention from the Russians to the “anti-vaxxer movement,” which was presented as a major threat to human health. Thus, according to the Malones, “an engineered corona virus entered the human population in Wuhan, and its rapid spread changed everything. According the the World Health Organization (WHO) Covid had a 3.4% infection fatality rate. This was far from being accurate but it wasn’t challenged and became set in stone. Despite it being false Covid was thought to be a highly contageous and lethal disease. Thus it became acceptible and necessary to deploy PsyWar technology to advance and protect the public good and world health. WHO radically shifted its prior infection disease pandemic recommendations to ALIGN with the REMARKABLY TOTALITARIAN POLICIES then being deployed in COMMUNIST CHINA, where the virus had originated.
The consequence of the decision to deploy PsyWar on American citizens has resulted in a number of mercenary propagada and censorship armies, and they all compete against each other. They compete for grants and contracts; they have links to Harvard and Cambridge. They want to deploy their most modern technology against us. Does anybody see the danger here? They meddled in the 2024 election. Also they are using AI now, although I can’t see an AI being of use to them at all. They won’t answer questions if they go against standards. Their tools are useful, I suppose, for the police, the intelligence agencies or the military. The reason given for this extreme technology on the population is to maintain the status quo, which is favorable to a group of oligarchs, who are pursuing a centralized, globalist agenda.
The mission of DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) is to develop emerging technologies for national security purposes. It, for example, linked a number of supercomputers together in order to transfer a huge amount of data. This led to the creation of university networks, which led to the internet. Google was the result of a grant from DARPA. Larry Page and Sergey Brin cofounded Google and it became a military contractor. Google was on the “inside” and was able to purchase CIA satellite footage which became “Google Earth” and maps. Twitter was originally developed and deployed as a PsyWar weapon by US intelligence operatives. The April Spring is usually considered to be a fifth-generation war won by Twitter (fifth-generation warfare is non-kinetic, not involving guns, tanks bombs, etc.)
In 2014 when 2 areas of Ukraine voted to become part of the Russian Federation, NATO was surprised. And, according to the Malones, the fundamental nature of war changed at this time. NATO invented the “Gerasimov doctrine.” which said that in order for Russia to take over Eastern Europe, all she needs to do is control the media and the social media ecosystem would control elections. NATO realized that it could control opposition militaries by getting the right administration into power. At this point the Allies ( the 5 Eyes, NATO, EU) accelerated the develpment of organized political PsyWar operations in which the military would work with social media companies to censor Russian proaganda. This was called “Hibrid Warfare.”
