Be Very Afraid. Hays next warns us about aspartame, which is a sweetener in diet foods and drinks. It is also known as NutraSweet. According to Hays, aspartame is the most dangerous food additive in existence, and it’s being used in more foods every year. He says aspartame is poisonous, and it scrambles the brain, making it more of a mental effort to keep up with life, or even question it. I drink diet Coke, and I am definitely behind the curve! But I question everything, so go figure. Hays says: “Mix up a batch of sugar-free aspartame -loaded Jell-O with some fluoridated water, feed it to the kids after a trip to the doctor for some mercury- contaminated vaccines, and you can see we are literally surrounded by poisons, all by design of the proponents of the (NWO).” Aspartame was discovered by accident in 1965 when a chemist dropped some on his hand. When he licked it off, he realized it was sweet. It’s actually 200 times sweeter than sugar and tastes more like sugar than other sweeteners. Its sales grew and in 2012 was in the multi-billions of dollars, and is in over 6000 foods globally. But it took 16 years to get approval from the FDA. An FDA toxicologist told a Congressional committee that it produces brain tumors in animals (Hays). In 1981 three FDA scientists advised against approval of NutraSweet. But President Reagan fired the FDA commissioner and hired Dr. Arthur Hull Hayes. Three months later NutraSweet was approved for consumer use. Aspartame was approved for dry foods in 1981, and it was approved for carbonated drinks in 1983. Then in 1985 Monsanto, a bioengineering firm, bought G.D. Searle, the maker of aspartame. According to researchers and physicians, aspartame accounts for over 75% of the adverse reactions to food additives reported to the FDA (Hays). Seizures and death are among the reactions, also migraines, numbness, muscle spasms, depression, tachycardia, vision problems, and memory loss. Also aspartame can aggravate chronic illnesses such as brain tumors, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimers, mental retardation, and birth defects. Aspartame is a compound made up of three toxic chemicals: aspartic acid, phenylalanine, and methanol. Aspartic acid and glutamic acid are amino acids. These excess acids in our food supply “are causing serious chronic neurological disorders and a host of other acute symptoms,” according to Dr. Russell I Blaylock, of the Medical University of Mississippi (quoted in Hays). Aspartic acid speeds up the transmission of information from neuron to neuron in the brain. Too much aspartic acid kills brain cells and allows calcium to build up in the brain. This process brings on excessive numbers of free radicals, which kill the cells. So, aspartic acid, an excitotoxin, stimulates the brain cells to death. Aspartic acid alone produces the same symptoms and illnesses as aspartame. The second ingredient of aspartame that attacks your health is phenylalanine, an amino acid found in the brain. Some people can’t metabolize phenylalanine due to a genetic disorder. This causes dangerously high levels of phenylalanine in the brain, which can be fatal. Depression can result from excessive levels of phenylalanine in the brain because it lowers the level of seratonin. The third ingredient is methanol, a deadly poison. It breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde in the body, which is a deadly neurotoxin used in building materials. The FDA says both formaldehyde and formic acid are toxic (Hays). The EPA recommends a limit of consumption of 7.8 mg/day. A one liter aspartame- sweetened soft drink beverage contains about 56 mg of methanol. Heavy drinkers of diet soda could consume as much as 250 mg of methanol daily, 32 times the safe limit. The most well-known problems of methanol poisoning are misty vision, contraction of visual field, retinal damage and blindness. Formaldehyde is a carcinogen, interferes with DNA replication and causes birth defects. Dr. Woodrow C. Monte, director of the food science and laboratory at Arizona State University, filed suit with the FDA, asking them to do more research on aspartame before releasing it into the public. Shortly after that, the FDA commissioner, Arthur Hull Hayes, approved aspartame for use in carbonated beverages. After that he took a very lucrative job with G.D. Searle’s public relations firm, aka the company that was making aspartame at the time!(Hays). And there’s worse. There’s a by-product of aspartame metabolism called DKP (diketopiperazine), which has been implicated in the growth of brain tumors, and other serious health problems. Hays says we have ingested 5 or 6 sources of these poisons before the day is half over, and we still have the afternoon and evening before us. Without a doubt we will be drinking or eating more sources of these poisons. A just found out that my cranraspberry juice has formic acid in it. Why in God’s name would they put formic acid in a juice drink!? Now I know the NWO is out to get me! Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is a neurotoxin/excitotoxin used heavily by multinational corporations. It causes obesity, hypertension, seizures, ADD/ADHD and other problems that can be fatal. A child is given Doritos for lunch, which is probably the reason for his ADD/ADHD; then he’s given another poison, Ritalin, to combat his symptoms, but not removing the original source of his problem. Why put so much MSG in so many foods? It makes bland food taste great, it’s cheap and it’s addictive; people want to buy more. We actually get a ‘high’ from it. We are truly the ignorant masses, getting duped by the proponents of the NWO.
